Welcome to the 204 of you who joined SMB Deal Hunter last week!

Here are 5 new deals for you that are worth checking out.

1/ Amazon FBA brand that sells 100% Bamboo Cooling Blankets (Manhattan, NY)

Revenue: $2,915,858

Cash Flow: $673,012

Asking Price: $1,346,024

My 2 Cents: I like that this business has 21,000 positive reviews and an average rating of 4.4 stars across its listings. Blankets generally have a high AOV which makes them a prime candidate for direct-to-consumer, so I would consider spinning up a Shopify site and still leverage existing warehouses using Amazon‘s multi-channel fulfillment program.

2/ Homebased, Relocatable Commercial Cleaning Company (Indianapolis, IN)

Revenue: $1,617,786

Cash Flow: $603,420

Asking Price: $1,900,000

My 2 Cents: I like the recurring revenue from commercial cleaning and that most of this company’s clients are long-term with 15 to 16 contracts. The business has done very well for having no sales team or marketing strategy in place (which means more opportunity!).

3/ Amazon FBA Business Specializing in Packing Cubes, Toiletry Bags, Cosmetic Bags, Camping Backpacks, Waist Packs, and Outdoor Accessories (Manhattan, NY)

Revenue: $2,966,020

Cash Flow: $1,000,109

Asking Price: $2,500,260

My 2 Cents: What stood out to me about this business are its high margins (34%) and the fact that only 1% of total sales are spent on advertising. This means that the business is ripe with the opportunity to significantly increase its marketing budget.

4/ Railroad & Crane Rail Tracks Construction and Maintenance Provider (Georgia)

Revenue: $4,332,048

EBITDA: $1,305,476

Asking Price: N/A

My 2 Cents: I like that this business already has a strong reputation from its 40 years of operation and that approximately 70% of revenue is from existing clients. It is also currently run out of the owner’s home office in Georgia and can be easily relocated, especially since customers are ports, states, the US government, and private sector clients throughout the Southeast US.

5/ Outdoor Adventures, Rafting, Kayaking Tour Business Less Than 1 Hour From The Las Vegas Strip (Henderson, NV)

Revenue: $1,774,682

Cash Flow: $588,135

Asking Price: $1,775,000

My 2 Cents: Vegas is one of the most touristed places in the world, with a record high of 38.8 million having visited in 2022. The proximity of this business to the Strip allows the company to tap into the large number of tourists who are already in the area. In addition, this business already has W-2 staff and managers in place, making the transition to a new owner easier.
